Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy

  1. All fees paid to Grow Career Academy are non-refundable :- This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, application fees, assessment fees, convenience/processing fees, and any other charges/fees associated with enrollment or program/course participation.
  2. Once payment is completed, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted, at any time, for any reason :- This applies irrespective of whether the student : Withdraws or discontinues the course, Chooses not to attend live or recorded sessions, Fails to complete assessments or program requirements, Experiences personal circumstances such as health issues, relocation, or scheduling conflicts, Changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the course, Program Change or Pause does not trigger any refund.
  3. If a student requests a change to a different course or a “Course Pause” any fees already paid will remain non-refundable.
  4. No transfer of refund or fee to another student is permitted :- Fees are linked to the student enrolled and cannot be transferred or re-assigned to another person under any circumstances.
  5. Access to all resources will cease immediately upon student’s withdrawal or cancellation.This includes access to course content such as assignments, community groups, LMS, support, and any other course-related resources.
  6. No partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or exceptions :- Grow Career Academy does not offer partial, pro-rated or exception-based refunds for partly attended courses, unused course materials, or non-usage of resources.
  7. Modifications to this Policy :- Grow Career Academy reserves the right to update or revise this No-Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Continued enrollment or payment after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
  8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution :- Any disputes or claims arising in connection with this policy or enrollment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan-302002

Important Note :-
Before enrolling and making any payment, students are urged to thoroughly review course details, syllabus, delivery format, schedule, benefits, and financial commitment. By completing payment, the student agrees to the terms and conditions of this No-Refund Policy and acknowledges that they will not be eligible for any refund in any situation. After agreeing to these all clauses mentioned above, we will not entertain any type of refund complaints or refund requests.
